Few artists can claim to really be a 1 man army and OCRBeats fits that small claim as a producer / emcee who handles all the mixing as well. As a producer his resume is quite impressive from having TV / Film placements, commercial artist production credits and it’s no surprise he carries the same heat when he producing his own albums too! The beats are all top notch, hard-body boom bap, classic usage of sample chops and artistically he stepped outside his chill comfort zone this album to let off some steam and we love it! He has a gritty deeper voice and it sits well in his choice of beats used on this album and as the album theme suggests, you should not sleep on him or his brand, he is definitely here to stay!
