NERD UP! Arcade Takeover is bringing together live music, gaming, comics, collectibles, art, and pop culture for a unique indoor and outdoor festival experience at Dave & Buster’s in Westlake, Ohio.

We’re inviting local businesses, independent artists, makers, collectors, and specialty retailers to join our outdoor vendor marketplace. Whether you’re selling retro games, handmade creations, apparel, comics, artwork, or something completely unique, we want to help you connect with an audience that shares your interests.

Choose from three affordable vendor registration options, including discounted Early Bird spaces and Premium locations with additional promotional exposure. All registered vendors will also receive a business-name listing in our online vendor directory as we build toward the event.

Vendor spaces are limited. Booth assignments and availability are subject to the finalized event layout. Early Bird pricing ends when the registration deadline or allotted quantity is reached, whichever comes first.

  • Standard Vendor Space: One designated outdoor booth space within the NERD UP! Arcade Takeover vendor marketplace.
  • Vendor Marketplace Access: Sell merchandise, showcase products, and engage directly with festival attendees.
  • Booth Placement: General marketplace placement. Premium locations are reserved for Premium Vendor Booth purchases.
  • Website Vendor Listing: Business name included in the official NERD UP! Arcade Takeover online vendor directory.
  • Early Registration Savings: Save $25 off the regular $100 Standard Vendor Booth rate.
  • Limited-Time, Limited-Quantity Offer: Early Bird pricing ends when the registration deadline is reached or the allotted number of discounted booths sells out, whichever comes first.
  • Standard Vendor Space: One designated outdoor booth space within the NERD UP! Arcade Takeover vendor marketplace.
  • Vendor Marketplace Access: Sell merchandise, showcase products, and engage directly with festival attendees.
  • Booth Placement: General marketplace placement. Premium locations are reserved for Premium Vendor Booth purchases.
  • Website Vendor Listing: Business name included in the official NERD UP! Arcade Takeover online vendor directory.
  • Regular Registration: Standard $100 vendor rate applies after Early Bird pricing ends.
  • Availability: Registration remains open until all available standard vendor spaces are filled.
  • Standard Vendor Space: One designated outdoor booth space within the NERD UP! Arcade Takeover vendor marketplace.
  • Vendor Marketplace Access: Sell merchandise, showcase products, and engage directly with festival attendees.
  • Priority Booth Placement: Preferred positioning in designated high-traffic marketplace locations near entrances, attractions, or main walkways.
  • Featured Website Vendor Listing: Business name prominently featured in the official NERD UP! Arcade Takeover online vendor directory.
  • Official Printed Event Map Recognition: Guaranteed featured business-name listing on printed event maps or schedules distributed at the entrance.
  • Limited Availability: Premium booth locations are limited and reserved exclusively for Premium Vendor Booth purchases.
