Music Submission Disclaimer
By submitting any song, instrumental, vocal performance, or related audio-visual material (“Work”) to Prhymal Rage LLC, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of all materials submitted, including underlying compositions, sound recordings, artwork, and metadata. You also confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions from any featured artists, producers, or collaborators appearing in the submission.
All submissions are reviewed for eligibility, quality, and compliance. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Works that contain unlicensed samples, uncleared collaborations, AI-generated performances, or copyrighted material without written clearance may be rejected, suspended, or removed at the sole discretion of Prhymal Rage LLC. Submission does not guarantee release or publication under the Prhymal Rage label.
Ownership & Licensing
You retain 100% ownership of your original masters and compositions unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed release or distribution contract. By submitting, you grant Prhymal Rage LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to review, evaluate, promote, and distribute your Work for consideration under its label or affiliated media platforms. This includes the right to use your artist name, logo, likeness, and cover artwork in promotional content related to your submission, both digitally and in print.
Promotion, Marketing & Third-Party Access
By submitting your music, you authorize Prhymal Rage LLC to share or cross-post your Work on official and affiliated social media pages, music channels, playlists, and press outlets for promotional purposes. This may include reposting or embedding by verified third-party promoters, curators, or team members assisting in campaign visibility.
While Prhymal Rage LLC takes steps to maintain the integrity of all distributed content, we are not responsible for any unauthorized re-uploads, cloning, or reposting of promotional material by third parties outside of our control. If such duplication occurs, we will act in good faith to address it, but liability for unauthorized third-party reproduction remains limited.
Compensation & Agreements
Payment, royalty splits, or promotional support for accepted Works will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Featured Artist Agreement or Exclusive Production Release) outlining terms specific to each project. Unless such an agreement is executed, submission alone does not constitute a royalty-bearing or contractual partnership.
AI & Generated Content Policy
Submissions containing AI-generated vocals, performances, or compositions are permitted only if they comply with applicable intellectual property and likeness laws. The submitter must disclose the use of any generative AI tools and confirm full ownership or commercial rights over the resulting Work.
Copyright Notice
The Prhymal Rage Music Submission form, accompanying documentation, and all submission workflows are original materials owned and copyrighted by Prhymal Rage LLC. These systems are intended solely for use by artists, producers, and collaborators submitting directly through official Prhymal Rage channels. Any duplication, rebranding, resale, or redistribution of these submission systems or their contents is prohibited under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code) and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §1202).
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your music through this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, as well as any applicable agreements governing future collaborations, releases, or distributions facilitated by Prhymal Rage LLC.
