Featured Artist Agreement

Note: ASCAP uses a 100% total system (50% Writer / 50% Publisher) while BMI uses a 200% system (100% Writer / 100% Publisher).
Select your share based on ASCAP (first number). BMI users can match their equivalent (second number).

Payment in full (Work-for-Hire, No Royalties) Payment in full (Including Royalties)

Terms & Conditions

1. The Featured Artist agrees to provide a performance (recording) on the song listed above.

2. The Record Label shall own 100% of the Master Recording of the song.

3. The Featured Artist will receive compensation as selected above.

4. The Featured Artist retains no rights to the Master Recording unless otherwise agreed.

5. The Featured Artist’s name may be credited on the release.
