Because we operate both as a creative label and an e-commerce platform, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for both physical and digital purchases made through prhymalrage.com or any affiliated subdomains.
All sales of digital goods, including sound kits, beat packs, contract templates, and downloadable tools, are final. Due to the immediate, irrevocable access to files upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a download link or digital product has been delivered. If you experience an issue accessing a digital file or receive the wrong product, please contact us at our General Contact Page and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
For physical products such as apparel, CDs, collectibles, or merchandise, returns or replacements may be accepted in the case of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or items damaged during shipping. All return requests for physical items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by your order number and clear photos of the issue. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
Because most apparel and printed products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or personal preference. Please double-check all details and sizing charts before completing your purchase.
If a replacement is approved for a defective or damaged item, Prhymal Rage LLC will cover the cost of reprinting or reshipping the product at no additional charge. In some cases, you may be asked to return the original item or provide photographic proof before a replacement is issued. Refunds, when approved, will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the refund has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if the product shows signs of use, alteration, or intentional damage. Refunds will not be issued for orders where the shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.
If your order tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the carrier to file a claim. While we will assist when possible, Prhymal Rage LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
