It’s another step forward in a journey that has no planned finish, just as its beginning was never conceived, but simply lived. On their latest single and video “Therapy,” BlackLiq delves into his daily struggle of juggling depression and optimism, while attempting to stay connected to his art and sense of self, despite knowing he should seek professional help. His life is a contradiction and Mopes provides a soulful score that is as light and dark as the uncomfortable thoughts BlackLiq is sharing. For them this isn’t music, this is self medication.
